Recently, an email was circulated with the subject line “Respond ASAP” which promised to pay for people to raise money on behalf the National Brain Tumor Foundation. This is not a legitimate email request and you should not respond with any personal information.
National Brain Tumor Society, which was formed by the merger of the National Brain Tumor Foundation and The Brain Tumor Society in 2008, never solicits information in this manner. Personal information is only gathered through a secure website. Please be assured that there has been no unauthorized access of our data and no personal information has been compromised. If you are an NBTS supporter and received this email, it is only a coincidence. Your email address was not obtained from NBTS.
