When I found out I had a brain tumor 6 months ago, I realized that my life was going to get more interesting! Of course like all survivors, we are faced with fear, sadness, etc. but at the end with the grace of God and the strength that my family and friends offer me I can say, after 4 months post-surgery, that I am ready to fight this battle with humor and a smile in my face; knowing that I will always have a tenant in my head… and he is not paying rent. I want to raise awareness and help others fight this battle! And yes, my life goes on!
