Heartbreak

This was by far the last thing I ever would be diagnosed with, a gioblastoma stage 4…WOW. It has turned my ever blessed active life into a struggle to beat this ugly thing that’s reared its head. Of course impact my career and lively hood. I was wondering why I kept vomiting multiple times a day for several months, losing almost 40 lbs. Definitely not a diet I recommend. I had been laid off from a PT job, working in my field of insurance trying to better my situation. Struggled to keep afloat and to better myself. I had 2 car accidents while beginning a new job and new pressures that come along. Didn’t want to call in sick; did everything to impress new boss etc. Until one day, I just couldn’t go on, I knew something was definitely wrong, but I didn’t have health insurance and went to my PCP and told her I need her help and she took one look at me and sent me to emergency. 2 days later I had brain surgery. Currently not able to drive or even look for work! I’m in need of advice as to financial help and support, but the barrage of calls to DHS, Catholic Charities, lawyers, not even social worker been helpful. Where does one turn????? All I know is this is a challenge I’m definitely going to WIN! Thank you and God Bless to all.
