READ MOREThe 2025 Capital Region Brain Tumor Walk for a Cure will come together on May 18, 2025 for a 5K walk to raise awareness and funds to support the needs of patients with brain tumors and their families. This event is the continuation of the Team Billy Ride and Walk for Research event hundreds have come to know and love in the Saratoga Springs community. This is a family-friendly event for all ages! Join us for a morning of celebration, remembrance and hope. Your community is here. Let’s discover a cure, together.
The deadline to register and be guaranteed an event t-shirt has passed. Late registrant can check the registration area on event day to see if we have an extra t-shirt available in your size.
Volunteer Information:
We need a variety of volunteers for positions such as course marshals, registration, and the water stop. Email CapitalRegionBTW@gmail.com for information about volunteering on event day.
Event Schedule (subject to change)
7:30 AM – Registration Opens.
8:30 AM – Opening Ceremony with 5K walk to follow
8:45 AM – Walk start
Parking and event location information:
Free on-site parking will be available. In order to access the free parking, be sure to enter the venue from US Route 9 utilizing the main entrance. Once you enter the main entrance, turn left at the first road and continue past the first green area until you reach the warming hut. Walk activities and the 5k start will be at the warming hut.
