The DFW Brain Tumor Walk & Race is a family-friendly event for all ages! Join us for a morning of celebration, remembrance, and hope at the home of the Dallas Cowboys. Your community is here. In-person participation options include an event t-shirt if you register prior to February 7, 2025. Event t-shirts are not guaranteed to late registrants. Registration fees will increase 30 days prior to event day, and again on event week.

Volunteers are essential to the Texas Brain Tumor Walk & Race! Thank you for your dedication to our shared mission. Groups, schools, community organizations, families and individuals are all welcome to volunteer. Need student community service hours? Our event is perfect!
Register online choosing “volunteer” as your participation type. Once registered, you will receive an email to confirm your volunteer shift. For more information about volunteer opportunities at the Texas Brain Tumor Walk & Race, please contact Christine Curtin at DFWinfo@braintumor.org.
Virtual Participant
FREE registration for those who are unable to attend the event in person. Event t-shirts will be mailed to all virtual participants who raise $75 or more by February 7, 2025. T-shirts will arrive to you by event day. Virtual participants who register after February 7, 2025, will not qualify for an event t-shirt.
Event Schedule (subject to change)
7:00 AM – Registration Opens – timed runner registration ends at 8 a.m., walker registration ends at 8:30 a.m.
8:00 AM – Remembrance Ceremony
8:30 AM – Opening Ceremony with 5K race to follow
10:15 AM – Closing Ceremony and Tour of AT&T Stadium
For the walk/run, participants have the choice to run the 5K as a timed participant, untimed runner, or walk at your own pace. Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome. For the little ones, stop by our Kids Tent for fun activities. Light refreshments and water will be available for all participants, but you are welcome to bring your own as well.

Our NBTS Accelerator Club recognizes event participants like you driving brain tumor breakthroughs forward through your fundraising efforts. The more you raise, the more additional prizes you can earn. By raising $250 or more on your personal fundraising page by event day, you will become part of the NBTS Accelerator Club.
