National Brain Tumor Society is excited to be back in Texas at AT&T Stadium on April 11, 2026 for a 5K walk/run to raise awareness and funds to support the needs of brain tumor patients and their families. Join us for a family-friendly morning of celebration, remembrance, and hope at the home of the Dallas Cowboys. Your community is here. Let’s discover a cure, together.
In-person participation options include an event t-shirt if you register prior to March 11, 2026. Event t-shirts are not guaranteed to late registrants. Registration fees will increase on Friday, April 10 at 1pm to $50 for adults and $10 for youth (12 and under).

Walker – $30
Youth Walker(12 and under) – $5
Timed Runner– $35
Youth Timed Runner(12 and under) – $15
Volunteer – FREE
Volunteers are essential to the Texas Brain Tumor Walk & Race! Thank you for your dedication to our shared mission. Groups, schools, community organizations, families and individuals are all welcome to volunteer. Need student community service hours? Our event is perfect!
Register online choosing “volunteer” as your participation type. Once registered, you will receive an email to confirm your volunteer shift. For more information about volunteer opportunities at the Texas Brain Tumor Walk & Race, please contact us at DFWinfo@braintumor.org.
Virtual Participant FREE registration for those who are unable to attend the event in person. Event t-shirts will be mailed to all virtual participants who raise $75 or more by March 11, 2026. T-shirts will arrive to you by event day. Virtual participants who register after March 11, 2026, will not qualify for an event t-shirt.
Free on-site parking at AT&T Stadium Lot 10, enter at Gate W6 Gates Open at 6:30 a.m.
For the walk/run, participants have the choice to run the 5K as a timed participant, untimed runner, or walk the 5K or 1 mile route at your own pace. Please note, the 5K course is NOT an official certified course and may not be exactly 5K/3.1 miles. Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome. For the little ones, stop by our Kids Tent for fun activities. Light refreshments and water will be available for all participants, but you are welcome to bring your own as well. Please note, due to stadium regulations, pets are not allowed at the event.
Security: Please be prepared to go through a brief security check point when you enter the stadium grounds. You will also receive a wristband that identifies you as a participant.
Survivors: * If you are a timed runner, please check in at the registration check-in location for your timed runner bib. * For walkers, your t-shirts will be located at the Survivor Tent next to the main stage.
Inclement Weather: The forecast for Saturday’s weather calls for a chance of rain. The event will take place rain or shine. In the case of severe weather (lighting, thunder, hail or high winds) we will cancel the event for the safety of our participants. The event team will give as much notification as possible. We encourage you to watch your email and texts for updates.

Our NBTS Accelerator Club recognizes event participants like you driving brain tumor breakthroughs forward through your fundraising efforts. The more you raise, the more additional prizes you can earn. By raising $250 or more on your personal fundraising page by event day, you will become part of the NBTS Accelerator Club.

Team Fundraising Prizes:
All teams who raise $500 by March 30 will qualify for an In Honor or In Memory sign for your loved one to be displayed at the event.
All teams who raise $2500 by April 3 will qualify for a Team Shoutout slide on the big screen on event day.
