At 27 years old at work on a Sunday morning I had multiple seizures which ended in the finding of a cancerous brain tumor. Since then I have had 3 brain surgeries and have fought many battles to get awareness and fight this disease.

My life changed significantly. I went from an independent life to relying on everyone and having to push myself every day to be who I could be.

I had a very big support system and community. That was great throughout this whole journey that’s still going.

It changes your life in the blink of an eye when you wake up scared every day.
