Unexpected

Margo

I didn’t even know anything was wrong. I did sometimes have sentences that did not make sense; some of the words were not words. I also had a few memory lapses. After having one while I was driving (at least that’s how I remember it) my daughter made me go the the ER. They took a CAT scan and during that time I had a partial-complex seizure. They immediately did an MRI and found I had two tumors. One was on the left temporal lobe and the doctor (who I’d never met before) said it was the size of a baseball. There was another one on my right temporal lobe – the size of an aspirin. Emergency surgery was required and two weeks later it was done. He was able to remove 40% of it. I still have many side effects. Memory loss, lack of concentration, inability to do multitasking. And I still have seizures.
