FREE INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOPS ON JOURNALING FOR WELLBEING
National Brain Tumor Society’s Journaling Workshops offer patients and caregivers the opportunity to learn about and experience the benefits of writing your feelings—at any point in the brain tumor experience. All materials for journaling workshops are provided to participants free of cost.

AYA JOURNALING WORKSHOP
Wednesday, November 10 • 7 PM to 8:30 PM EST
Whether it’s writing about your day, your feelings, or covering the page with doodles, journaling is for everyone. Join NBTS on Wednesday, November 10 from 7 PM to 8:30 PM EST.
Facilitated by award-winning author Janine Cammarata, this workshop is open to adolescents and young adults in the brain tumor community ages 13-17.

Facilitated by award-winning author Janine Cammarata, this workshop is open to children in the brain tumor community ages 8-12.
JOURNALING WORKSHOP FOR ADULTS
Saturday, June 26 • 2 PM to 4 PM EDT
Join NBTS for Writing Your Feelings, a free introductory workshop on journaling for wellbeing on Saturday, June 26 from 2 PM to 4 PM EDT.
Facilitated by award-winning author Alison Ragsdale, this workshop is open to all members of the brain tumor community ages 18+.
