My parents were told when I was 3 years old that I have a brain tumor. They were told that I had only a 6% chance of making it through the treatments and surgery. I do remember everything I went through. My doctor, who passed away last year, came up with a new way of operation, so they tried it on me. I’m 40 now and still going. I did come out with the lost of sight in one eye and a learning problem that I got over, thanks to help from a school in St.Louis, MO. I do need to go into the hospital twice a year to have test and make sure all is well.
