Even in Loss, Keep the Fight

Published on January 7, 2020 in Share Your Story

Brain cancer is a horrible disease takes loves one from you without permission. It tears families apart, and while after our loved one is gone, the recovery and healing for families has no time line and no expiration date.

This brutal disease took my brother, father, son, and friend abruptly. Brain Cancer took over creating a new irrational real world for my family – a world I feel no family, friends, or doctors could control. Cancer transformed us. For 15 months I’ve been trying to cope, heal, and find our new normal. I would welcome to share my story with similar survivors.
