In 2018, I was experiencing headaches like never before, they were far more extreme, intense and none of my migraine meds were helping. They left me completely incapacitated, I had to get to the ER! A CT scan revealed a large mass in the right front lobe of my brain. Immediately transported to the main hospital by medivac, where the rest of my nightmare played out. I would face the most painful surgery ever imagined and spend about 32 days hospitalized. From there, I went thru physical and occupational therapy before finally making it back home with the aid of a walker. The tumor caused damage and I lost my peripheral field of vision in both eyes. The neurosurgeon told me that I will never drive or work again.
