This Is Survival

Anthony

For the past three years of my life, I was convinced that I had multiple sclerosis. My gait was horrible, balance non-existent and the entirety of my left side was on pins and needles. Despite being former military, benefits were not an option. The only thing keeping me from seeing a doctor was financial. I’m uninsured, can’t afford insurance and my child support. I was receiving crippling headaches every couple of minutes, and finally caved in about 3 weeks ago. Sure enough, there was a tumor the size of a small snow globe in my head. My first procedure was 11 hours, and my second is on Friday.
