Hanging in there

Published on January 24, 2017 in Share Your Story

My name is Kim, I have been in remission from a brain tumor sor some 23 years now. I am still getting my MRI’s done yearly. The past year, my Neurologist Dr. J. Allen found something new . . . he said I now have something called Meningioma.

How tough life is! I have to go through all of my mediccal treatment and also had to lose some sight due to the earlier brain tumor, and now this. I had to go through all that and had to go through my schooling with a visual disability, but hey . . . as I have said: been there, done that! So am I going to give up now after all the things that I have done through. I know that God will still be here for me the second time around!
