Registration fees will increase slightly in the 60 days leading up the event and again on event week.
Youth registration options are 12 and under. In-person participation options include an event t-shirt if you register prior to August 14, 2025. Event t-shirts are not guaranteed to late registrants.
Volunteers are essential to the New York Brain Tumor Walk! Thank you for your dedication to our shared mission. Groups, schools, community organizations, families and individuals are all welcome to volunteer. Need student community service hours? Our event is perfect!
Register online, choosing “volunteer” as your participation type. Once registered, you will receive an email to confirm your volunteer shift. For more information about volunteer opportunities at the New Jersey Brain Tumor Walk, please contact Renee Bersani at NYinfo@braintumor.org
Virtual Participant – FREE registration for those who are unable to attend the event in person. Event t-shirts will be mailed to all virtual participants who raise $75 or more by August 14, 2025. T-shirts will arrive to you by event day. Virtual participants who register after August 14, 2025, will not qualify for an event t-shirt.
Event Schedule
7:30 am – Check-in/t-shirt pick-up
8:30 am – Remembrance Ceremony (Zach’s Bay beach)
9:00 am – Opening Ceremony
9:30 am – Walk Start
Parking is available on-site.
Check-in and t-shirt pick up opens at 7:30 am and continues through the morning with many mission-centric activities. If any members of your team miss online registration, we will be offering contactless registration on-site on event day. Be sure to visit our activity tents and sponsors at the event.
Light refreshments will be available. The event will be held rain or shine! The walk route is approximately 3 miles.
