Please consult the provided site map for their location and familiarize yourself with that location upon arrival at the event. If you see or hear anything that is of concern, please inform security immediately. In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions set forth by security and staff on event day.

As NBTS continues the return to in-person events around the country, we want you to know that the safety and well being of our staff and volunteers is our top priority. We encourage those in attendance to educate themselves of the health risks associated with attending mass gatherings and know that we will be offering virtual opportunities for engagement for those members of our community who opt out of attending. Masks will remain optional at this time, but are encouraged for the immunocompromised or “at-risk” members of our community. If you have been recently exposed to someone who had tested positive for COVID-19 or are exhibiting any symptoms, we do ask that you refrain from attending. Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to seeing you in person in 2023!
