The idea of this event is the vision of event chairs, Davina Bruckner and Padmaja Malladi, both personally impacted by a brain tumor diagnosis. Please join us on August 15th to remember Ronny Bruckner, who passed away from Glioblastoma in 2013 and Rajesh Malladi Shastry. Rajesh’s journey was marked by immense courage and resilience as he bravely battled brain cancer. Despite the challenges and hardships, he faced, Raj approached every day with a determination that inspired everyone around him. Ronny and Rajesh’s fight against this relentless disease was nothing short of heroic, demonstrating their unyielding spirit and profound strength.
