In its 15th year, Head to the Hill brings together volunteers from across the United States to advocate on behalf of the brain tumor community and is NBTS’s signature advocacy event. This event takes place on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., during Brain Tumor Awareness Month in May.
Advocates from across the country will convene in Washington, D.C., on May 4-6, 2025, to share personal stories about their brain tumor experience and advocate for the federal government to make strategic investments in brain tumor research and address other critical issues affecting the brain tumor community.

Our fall event gives advocates who are unable to travel to Capitol Hill the opportunity to meet virtually with their representatives and advocate to advance the needs of the brain tumor community. These online meetings allow for effective, meaningful interactions with members of Congress and their staff.
