Registration fees will increase slightly in the 60 days leading up the event and again on event week.
Youth registration options are 12 and under. In-person participation options include an event t-shirt if you register prior to October 3, 2024. Event t-shirts are not guaranteed to late registrants. Registration fees will increase 60 days prior to event day, and again on event week.
Event Weekend Registration Fees:
*If you register Friday, November 1 or later as a timed runner, please bring a copy of your registration confirmation (or be prepared to show it on your mobile device) to the Timed Runner Check-In area on event day. The volunteers will be able to assign you a timed bib. T-shirts for late registrants are subject to availability.*

Volunteers are essential to the Virginia Brain Tumor Walk & Race! Thank you for your dedication to our shared mission. Groups, schools, community organizations, families and individuals are all welcome to volunteer. Need student community service hours? Our event is perfect!

Virtual Participant – FREE registration for those who are unable to attend the event in person. Event t-shirts will be mailed to all virtual participants who raise $75 or more by October 4, 2024. T-shirts will arrive to you by event day. Virtual participants who register after October 4, 2024, will not qualify for an event t-shirt.
Parking: Bryan Park has on-site parking available for all participants.

Why a new location?
We are extremely grateful for our time at the The Flying Squirrels, as it offered our event room to grow and make an even greater impact for our shared mission. That being said, the stadium is also growing, with unpredictable construction slated to impact both our event site in the coming years. Bryan Park provides a scenic 5K course, ample parking, and room to grow.
Why on Sunday?
Bryan Park has a weekly Farmer’s Market on Saturdays, making the event site unavailable for a Saturday 5K.
