Now in its 15th year, Head to the Hill is NBTS’s signature advocacy event. From May 4-6, 2025, volunteers from across the country will convene in Washington, D.C., to advocate with and for the brain tumor community.

We are many voices, united by one mission: to conquer and cure brain tumors.

Head to the Hill harnesses the power of personal stories to change hearts and minds at the highest levels of government. Participants meet with their representatives in Congress, share their brain tumor experience, and advocate for the federal government to make strategic investments in brain tumor research and support legislation that supports patients and caregivers now. No previous experience is required — we provide trainings and provide support to make meetings with elected representatives a success.
