Dj’s Battle

Our son, Dj, was diagnosed with glioblastoma in March 2023. Hearing the words come out of the doctor’s mouth was devastating, numbing, and traumatizing all at once. Knowing we had limited time with our son was an unbearable pain. 

We are all so much stronger than we could ever imagine. He went through so much with a smile on his face and always fought hard. While our hearts were breaking, we knew our time was short, but we continued to show him love and be there for him every step of the way. Dj left an impact on everyone he came across, especially in the soccer community. He represents true commitment, talent, and love for the sport. We will forever speak about Dj and what he meant to us all. #Dj10forever
