My story begins with I was 18.
This was during the time when I had just graduated from high school and just started to look into getting my first job. After going through the whole job seeking process I finally found the job meant for me. Starting off wasn’t even as hard as I thought it would be.
Five months into it, however, I felt a little different than what I normally felt during one particular work day. I was a bit tired and proceeded to get some water to wake me up but I remained a little light headed. Soon after, my vision went completely black for a few seconds and I felt faint for a few minutes. An ambulance was called.
I was then taken to get tested and eventually found out I had a brain tumor.
I then was told to come back every three months for MRI’s to make sure there was no growth. I’m now 26 and my brain tumor is still benign with no need for surgery. Hopefully i will get some answers that will help not only me but other people out in the world that feel alone to find a solution and more answers to why tumors develop.
