I have GBM and Am So Lucky!

Lucky because I’m a 6 1/2-year survivor of GBM, thanks in no small part to an immunotherapy clinical trial I participated in immediately after the removal of my tumor, at Jefferson Hospital, Philadelphia.

I’ve been around to see the birth of four grandchildren and delight in the company of family and friends. Not a day goes by when I don’t feel grateful that I was chosen for that trial, and for the medical advances that made it possible. Immunotherapy is giving brain cancer patients hope!
